United Way Leeds & Grenville


After many years of much love and use, the United Way's website was beginning to look outdated and in need of a refreshed look and with more of a focus on donors. Their old site was also a bit cumbersome to manage and make changes.


Zerrow helped design and create the new, easy to manage website for them through our Pro Bono program.

Working Women Community Centre's eCard Campaign

Working Women Community Centre is a Toronto based nonprofit organization which has come up with some amazing fundraising campaigns to support their programs. One of these is their Mother's Day eCard Campaign which allows donors to send eCards, along with a donation to Working Women. Their challenge was that the eCards had to be manually sent out each Mother's Day (on a Sunday morning), at great cost in time and human effort.

After: Automated eCards & increased engagement

Through Zerrow's Pro Bono program, we helped Working Women build a fully automate eCard giving platform which seamlessly let's donors select from different card options and add their own custom messages. Their donor page also now has a welcome video from their Executive Director, which helps to put a face to the organization and increase trust and engagement with Working Women's eCard giving campaign.  The outcomes for them are increased capacity with freed up staff time and increased donor enagegement.
